Weddings

$2,500.00 Minimum

This includes an all-day rental and early setup as well as an all-day and one-night rental of The Cottage at Kerrville,  a 3-bedroom home located on the property. Two-day packages are also available; contact us for pricing. Flexible and customizable floor plans, chairs, tables ($20.00 per table upcharge if using our tablecloths), large screen monitor (for your special pictures on a flash drive), and Bluetooth speaker.  Your choice of vendors,  access to the bridal salon and dressing room, use of the butlers’ pantry for food vendors, assistance from our dedicated staff, and access to our entire 10-acre outdoor space.   

Celebrations of life & other special occasions

$1,000 Minimum.

This includes all-day rental and early setup. Flexible and customizable floor plans, chairs, tables ($20.00 per table upcharge if using our tablecloths), a large-screen monitor (for your special pictures on a flash drive), and a Bluetooth speaker. Your choice of vendors, use of the butlers’ pantry for food vendors, assistance from our dedicated staff, and access to our entire 10-acre outdoor space.
